the mothership if you will, the mothership being the Product
Lifecycle Management software that controls; design, simulation,
production and diagnostics. of the entire production line. In the not
to distant future your IT department could likely be instrumental in
troubleshooting your equipment. I know this is mostly visionary at
this point, in the meantime, it would be smart to request internet
capabilities of any machine you’ll be purchasing, along with access
rights as a user.
